Karimun Java is located in West Java - Indonesia. It's about 4 hours from Semarang. This place is really hips in Indonesian travelers right now. Peaceful area, surrounding by hills, great view in every side, the shark captive, amazing coral, school fish and beautiful beach become a magnet to visitor.
The best time to visit Karimun Java is during dry season, generally from April to October. In some period between January to March this places is closed to visitor due to safety reason. In this period, waves are inconsistent and it can endanger the visitor life.

How to Get "Karimun Java"
If you are using train or plane
From Semarang Tawang station or from airport, you can using minibus destination terminal Belitar. You need to pay about IDR 25.000-IDR 45.000,- and then from terminal Belitar use "Becak"(Traditional transportation using bicycle) to get Belitar harbour with cost IDR 5.000,-. From the harbour you will sail about 3 hours to find Karimun Jawa, but before that you should buy a ticket for IDR 95.000 ( economic class).

What can I do in Karimun Jawa ????
1. You can do swimming, diving or snorkeling.
Karimun Jawa is famous with it's beautiful sea, nature and off course you can find the fish kingdom under the sea. Swimming with million fish will be amazing experiences in your life and it will never forgotten. You can see more than 300 kind of fish species in this place. Indeed, you also can playing with "nemo" here.2. Sun bathing or playing in sand dune.
I do love this place, in the middle of the sea you can find sand dune and surrounded by green hills. It is also nice to swimming in this place.
3. Visit The Island " I forget the name"
You can enjoy the white sand, beautiful wave, swimming around the island and it will be more complete to take lunch in this area.
4. Visit the Shark Kingdom ( I name it by my self)
Maybe this place is the only one in Indonesia offering you swimming with shark. Woww..it's unbelievable, but it's true. Yess, you can swim with shark in this place.
